I wanted to start a discussion about something that's been on my mind, and I'm sure on many of yours as well: the cost of living crisis and the noticeable increase in prices at the shops since the pandemic.

It's hard to ignore the fact that going to the supermarket or even the local store is no longer the same experience it used to be. The price tags on everyday items have gone up significantly. I remember being able to do a full week's grocery shopping with a set budget, but now, it seems like that same amount barely covers the essentials.

What's more, it's not just about food. Utilities, rent, and even basic services have seen a hike in prices. This has forced many of us to re-evaluate our budgets and spending habits. I've personally found myself having to cut back on non-essential items and to be more strategic about where and when I shop.
